Toutefois, pour s&rsquo;assurer que les pi\u00e8ces et les composants sont produits conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cifications particuli\u00e8res, il est n\u00e9cessaire de surveiller le processus de fabrication et de d\u00e9tecter toute d\u00e9viation d\u00e8s que possible, en temps r\u00e9el. L&rsquo;une des technologies propos\u00e9es \u00e0 cette fin est la technologie ultrasons laser.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;en soit qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ses premiers stades de d\u00e9veloppement, l&rsquo;ultrasons laser a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 un potentiel significatif pour le contr\u00f4le des processus de fabrication de l&rsquo;AM. Par exemple, le groupe CEA-List, sous la direction de J\u00e9r\u00f4me Laurent, a publi\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sentant les r\u00e9sultats obtenus avec le Lus Ultimate de Tecnar (voir ci-dessous). En analysant le contenu en fr\u00e9quence du signal ultrasons laser, ils ont pu d\u00e9tecter des d\u00e9fauts en temps r\u00e9el au cours du processus de fabrication. L&rsquo;ultrason laser est install\u00e9 directement \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la cellule AM.<\/p>\n<p>Les ultrasons laser ont le potentiel de r\u00e9volutionner la fa\u00e7on dont nous surveillons les processus de fabrication additive, en am\u00e9liorant le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 et en r\u00e9duisant les d\u00e9chets. Bien qu&rsquo;ils en soient encore \u00e0 leurs premiers stades de d\u00e9veloppement, les r\u00e9sultats obtenus jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent sont prometteurs et nous pouvons nous attendre \u00e0 de nouvelles avanc\u00e9es dans un avenir proche. De nombreux groupes de recherche, notamment en Chine, travaillent activement \u00e0 son d\u00e9veloppement.
