Les ultrasons sont utilis\u00e9s depuis longtemps pour \u00e9tudier la structure interne des mat\u00e9riaux. L&rsquo;Ultrasons laser, avec sa fonction sans contact et sa large bande ultrasonore, est l&rsquo;outil id\u00e9al pour \u00e9tudier l&rsquo;impact des variables externes telles que la temp\u00e9rature et les contraintes sur la structure interne des mat\u00e9riaux. Tecnar a con\u00e7u le Lumet pour faciliter l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me ultrasons laser dans les simulateurs thermom\u00e9caniques, tels que le Gleeble. L&rsquo;objectif du Lumet est d&rsquo;aider les m\u00e9tallurgistes \u00e0 effectuer un suivi en temps r\u00e9el des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sans avoir besoin de connaissances approfondies en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;ultrasons laser.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;article de 2013 du groupe de Matthias Militzer de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Colombie Britannique montre quelques applications du Lumet pour diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes m\u00e9tallurgiques. L&rsquo;article pr\u00e9sente des r\u00e9sultats sur la cin\u00e9tique de d\u00e9composition aust\u00e9nitique de l&rsquo;acier API-X80, la recristallisation de la ferrite dans l&rsquo;acier DP600 lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid et la croissance du grain dans les zones affect\u00e9es thermiquement simul\u00e9es du soudage au chalumeau double dans l&rsquo;API-X80. Le groupe a publi\u00e9 plusieurs articles suppl\u00e9mentaires depuis que le premier Lumet commercial a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 sur leur site, en 2012.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que cet
