Les ultrasons laser sont particuli\u00e8rement bien adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 ce type d&rsquo;analyse dans les m\u00e9taux, car ils ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de contact avec le m\u00e9tal. Cela facilite l&rsquo;observation des changements dans la microstructure caus\u00e9s par des param\u00e8tres externes tels que le traitement thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un article r\u00e9cent, des chercheurs de RECENDT ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 deux \u00e9tudes int\u00e9ressantes d&rsquo;une telle application de l&rsquo;ultrasons laser \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l&rsquo;acier : l&rsquo;observation directe de la zone tremp\u00e9e dans les vilebrequins, et la mesure de l&rsquo;effet de la temp\u00e9rature sur le coefficient de Poisson pour les bobines d&rsquo;acier. Dans les deux cas, l&rsquo;objectif est de \u00ab voir \u00bb l&rsquo;impact du traitement thermique sur la microstructure de l&rsquo;acier.<\/p>\n<p><a
